Reviewed on 24th December 2017Had a break in and car keys stolen. Had to fund round trip to get duplicate keys so we could get home at considerable expense. Staff very unhelpful. I would not ever use this service again and would advise others not to either;

Reviewed on 19th November 2017The person in charge spoke to us in an appalling manner. Very rude. My sons car came back covered in mud. Won’t recommend and will not use again.

Reviewed on 17th November 2017Car was 20 minutes late. Not good enough. I would have been quicker parking in one of the car park. Driver had sufficient notice to bring the car back.

Reviewed on 25th October 2017Very upset. Discovered a few days after I had picked up my car from Stanstead airport that items had been taken from my car. Contacted the company who never responded to my complaint. Wouldn’t use this company again.

Reviewed on 25th September 2017I have used meet and greet service trough Park and Go website in different airports and I have had very good experience. However, my experience of using APC meet and greet at Stanstead Airport was a nightmare. The drivers don't have uniform nor ID and you don't get a receipt. I waited 55 minutes outside in the Orange car park to get my car. The only mobile number given to me was busy. I saw the driver that received the car keys on my outbound trip and asked him for help but he was rude and was constantly saying that this is not my problem. I asked for another number and he denied giving me another contact number. I was afraid that my car was stolen. After 55 minutes my car arrived and the driver didn't know any other number either. I called the mobile number again to ask for their complaints office and they gave me a number and I spoke with someone about my experience. He didn't even apologise and said I will check what has happened and will get back to you. I have not heard anything from him. Please don't use APC meet and greet as they are bunch of irresponsible bullies.

Reviewed on 30th August 2017Really!! Like you will post anything negative! Scammed out of £80 cash at car drop off, pay or leave with no Refund! My plane was delayed as always, you owe me a receipt and a refund!!!

Reviewed on 19th June 2016The collection on the 8th June was first class. The return on the 10th June was the worst I have ever experienced. The person I spoke to said the car would be in the orange car park within 10 minutes, after 20 mins I called was told the car was surely in the car park. this was obviously a lie as it took another 10 minutes to arrive and I object to be called mate by someone I have never ever met and is certainly not my mate. I was very annoyed with the driver for the late delivery and did apologise as it was not his fault but tell him customers are not ''mate.'' if you are very busy or short staffed say so don't give false information. Reviewed on 18th November 2015I followed the instructions given when booking, to call about 20 minutes before arrival at Stansted airport. I expected, and was told, to be met on my arrival. Instead I had a 20 minute wait for someone to come and meet me, check the car over. Only the car wasn't checked or signed for!! On my return it took me 23 attempts to make contact and notify of my return. This again led to unnecessary delays. Overall an appalling service and one I will not use again.

Reviewed on 6th July 2015Service in general was ok, but the PR side displayed by management was of the lowest standard towards there customers and staff. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Reviewed on 14th April 2015Don't use this service! Had to wait nearly an hour to have our car returned to us. Lots of excuses: "We have been overwhelmed with demand". Really, nothing that is pre-booked a week in advance should be a surprise for a well managed company. Our flight arrived on time; our car, most certainly, did not.
