Reviewed on 13th June 2019I called this company 15 minutes prior to my arrival to the airport the male who answered was extremely rude and short over the phone and had no knowledge of my booking. I then went to the red car park as stated on my paperwork and to the row directed by the male I spoke to after numerous attempts to get hold of the company they then decided to tell me it was the orange car park and stated he told me (he didn’t). I had to pay for the use of the first car park which was not refunded by the company for their mistake. I arrived in the orange car park 5 minutes later and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to get to us (the only reason I’m giving two stars as the drivers were friendly enough). On return I phoned when I was through passport control as advised one of the vehicles I had booked was waiting, the other took a further 20 minutes to arrive. Not impressed by the extremely poor customer service or waiting times.

Reviewed on 15th April 2016I think they park the cars too far away, as I called as I came through passport control, but sat outside for 20 minutes waiting for my car to turn up. Plus 44 miles were added to the mileage counter.

Reviewed on 20th September 2015I made the booking through my husband's name, as I was already at the airport. When my husband arrived at Stansted, the guy (who was not in any uniform or had any viewable ID) told my husband that he needed to give him £3.50 so the rep could get out of the airport! My husband had to go to a cash machine and get the man some money! I know that exit fees are only £2.50 and we have never paid them on arrival to any company, and we have used these type of services over 15 times. Coming back to the UK, the rep (again with no ID or uniform), didn't check who we were, just handed us the keys and told us to pay £2 on the way out at the barrier. Again, the fee is £2.50, and they should really know that. Their customer service needs a lot of work, there are a number of companies at Stansted, and the rest we have tried have been fantastic. Maybe avoid this one and save yourself the hassle.

Reviewed on 22nd June 2014Was annoyed that the printout said to go into the red car park and wait by the canopy. Even when I called saying I am 20 mins away, I was not told anything difference. As I drove into the red car car park, and pulled up, when I called the assistant to let him know I had arrived he then and only then told me I in fact need to come to the express car park. So as I make my way to the express car park, I have to pay £2.80 to come out of the red car park, which is exactly what my print out had said. Was annoyed at having to pay this for being in the car park for less than 2 minutes. Dropping off the car was fine, but when I came back to pick it up, my car was absolutely filthy. I don't think I have ever seen it so dirty. Even the inside mats were all muddied. And no explanation or anything.
