Fair service but please note the car park exit charge at Stansted is £5.50, not £4.50 as specified when we booked.

Excellent on the way there but almost 30 minute wait to get the car back even thought informed about 10-15 minute wait over the phone! Not a very pleasant experience at midnight, waiting in the rain with 2 small children!

It was all okay except that the drop off and collection point is a good walk from the terminal and on the return I had to wait 15 minutes for my car to be brought to me which is quite a long time outside on a cold winters night.

Outbound pick up was great, no problem at all. Return was fine initially. Discovered the car park ticket to exit had been lost by the driver costing me double the amount of money to exit the car part at Stansted. There was no-one on site to ask, called customer service who were helpful but would consider using a company in future that include exit fees to the car park. This added unnecessary time to my journey. That said, car was fine, no horrendous mileage added and the staff were helpful.

The overall car parking service was very good no complaints, However, I suggest before you take receipt of your car you inspect vehicle with driver for damage. I did and notice a scratch on my door which was not there before I parked. Suggest also need to take photos of car before you park as you have no proof if your vehicle is damaged. I did not do this and was unable to prove liability.

APC difficult to get hold of when calling for drop off and collect. Drop off location changed from that stated so drop off was at a different location to collection which is confusing. Park & Go as good as always with their service.

Very disappointed with the service on this occasion. Lady organiser on the phone was very polite, but could not guarantee collection or delivery of car for requested times on my departure or arrival date. Although on departure I was able to pick up the driver so that I made check in on time, On return I waited 40 minutes before my car was returned. Obvious shortage of staff and this at a very busy time of year.

Not for the first time, when arriving to Stansted been told by operator to go to one of the car parks which turns out to be closed (how come operator doesn't know which car park to go to???), had to drive all the way around with not really safe place to make another phone call, then made to remove cones blocking entrance to the car park myself - not very good nor professional.

No complaints during car drop in. But for car return, it takes a while for you to get there. I remembered the guy taking the car made a note that I'm on hand luggage only, so it should be short timing after the immigration check point. I called in right after the check point as per instructions, was told to wait around 10 min. It takes 30 min to get you there.

Was late after 2.phone calls, also received the car covered in mud, not very impressed. As the car had just been valeted before travelling.
