APC Meet and Greet Reviews

Don't use this service! Had to wait nearly an hour to have our car returned to us. Lots of excuses: "We have been overwhelmed with demand". Really, nothing that is pre-booked a week in advance should be a surprise for a well managed company. Our flight arrived on time; our car, most certainly, did not.

I phoned as directed at 8.15pm and eventually got my car at 9.15pm

Was late after 2.phone calls, also received the car covered in mud, not very impressed. As the car had just been valeted before travelling.

The meet and greet went very smoothly, could not fault the service. The man was there when we arrived and upon return we waited all of 2 minutes. Could not fault the service, will use again.

A great service. As we landed just before midnight on Saturday we had gained one hour due BST so having our car outside the main entrance within five minutes was a great help for our journey back to the Midlands. We will definitely use your services again.

Drop off Excellent. Pick up Poor. I waited over 20 minutes in the Orange car park for the car to be delivered and then even though the change over took perhaps 2 minutes had to pay £3 to exit because it was over the first 10 minutes. Last time both drop off and pick up was excellent. Overall disappointed this time.

Excellent service on our return to Stansted but had a little delay in finding the drivers on arrival. Good service overall and would definitely use Park and Go, meet and greet again.
