Reviewed on 31st July 2014Brilliant service. The driver was waiting for us on each occasion and was efficient courtesy and pleasant. Our flight was delayed coming home and this didn't seem to cause any problem to APC. Recommended. Will definitely use next time I fly from Stansted.

Reviewed on 22nd June 2014Was annoyed that the printout said to go into the red car park and wait by the canopy. Even when I called saying I am 20 mins away, I was not told anything difference. As I drove into the red car car park, and pulled up, when I called the assistant to let him know I had arrived he then and only then told me I in fact need to come to the express car park. So as I make my way to the express car park, I have to pay £2.80 to come out of the red car park, which is exactly what my print out had said. Was annoyed at having to pay this for being in the car park for less than 2 minutes. Dropping off the car was fine, but when I came back to pick it up, my car was absolutely filthy. I don't think I have ever seen it so dirty. Even the inside mats were all muddied. And no explanation or anything.
