APC Meet and Greet Reviews

Car was 20 minutes late. Not good enough. I would have been quicker parking in one of the car park. Driver had sufficient notice to bring the car back.

It was all okay except that the drop off and collection point is a good walk from the terminal and on the return I had to wait 15 minutes for my car to be brought to me which is quite a long time outside on a cold winters night.

Arrival procedure was efficient with driver waiting to collect my car. Had to wait 15 minutes on return but car arrived back nice and clean. Staff were courteous and telephone instructions clear and precise. Would certainly use again.

Very upset. Discovered a few days after I had picked up my car from Stanstead airport that items had been taken from my car. Contacted the company who never responded to my complaint. Wouldn’t use this company again.

I have used this company at various airports and they are always very efficient and helpful. Thoroughly recommend them and most defiantly value for money.

Great fast service. They were extremely accomodating when I realised I had booked the wrong day for the return (I blame baby brain!) The car was still out within 25 minutes which was perfect when travelling with a little one. Extra charge wasn't too high. Only suggestion would be to have more phone lines, it was busy on the way in and struggled to get through Thanks, will use again.

I have used meet and greet service trough Park and Go website in different airports and I have had very good experience. However, my experience of using APC meet and greet at Stanstead Airport was a nightmare. The drivers don't have uniform nor ID and you don't get a receipt. I waited 55 minutes outside in the Orange car park to get my car. The only mobile number given to me was busy. I saw the driver that received the car keys on my outbound trip and asked him for help but he was rude and was constantly saying that this is not my problem. I asked for another number and he denied giving me another contact number. I was afraid that my car was stolen. After 55 minutes my car arrived and the driver didn't know any other number either. I called the mobile number again to ask for their complaints office and they gave me a number and I spoke with someone about my experience. He didn't even apologise and said I will check what has happened and will get back to you. I have not heard anything from him. Please don't use APC meet and greet as they are bunch of irresponsible bullies.
