Nice People great service really helpful and even had car warm and waiting when we got there.

All went well. Only comment is the guy who collected our car at Stansted was discourteous to a customer who was waiting for his car to be delivered. The customer asked how much longer his car would be and my guy just told him "we're busy right now" and then walked off.

The overall car parking service was very good no complaints, However, I suggest before you take receipt of your car you inspect vehicle with driver for damage. I did and notice a scratch on my door which was not there before I parked. Suggest also need to take photos of car before you park as you have no proof if your vehicle is damaged. I did not do this and was unable to prove liability.

I was very pleased with the service, a guy was there to receive my car at the time requested, and on my return the car was outside the terminal as soon as I walked out. Excellent. L.S.

APC difficult to get hold of when calling for drop off and collect. Drop off location changed from that stated so drop off was at a different location to collection which is confusing. Park & Go as good as always with their service.

I followed the instructions given when booking, to call about 20 minutes before arrival at Stansted airport. I expected, and was told, to be met on my arrival. Instead I had a 20 minute wait for someone to come and meet me, check the car over. Only the car wasn't checked or signed for!! On my return it took me 23 attempts to make contact and notify of my return. This again led to unnecessary delays. Overall an appalling service and one I will not use again.

Easy to use service, prompt car pick up and collection right outside terminal doors, it took the hassle out of normal airport parking at very reasonable price.
