It is wonderful to return to the airport and find your car waiting for you. A hassle free system and worth the money.

I made the booking through my husband's name, as I was already at the airport. When my husband arrived at Stansted, the guy (who was not in any uniform or had any viewable ID) told my husband that he needed to give him £3.50 so the rep could get out of the airport! My husband had to go to a cash machine and get the man some money! I know that exit fees are only £2.50 and we have never paid them on arrival to any company, and we have used these type of services over 15 times. Coming back to the UK, the rep (again with no ID or uniform), didn't check who we were, just handed us the keys and told us to pay £2 on the way out at the barrier. Again, the fee is £2.50, and they should really know that. Their customer service needs a lot of work, there are a number of companies at Stansted, and the rest we have tried have been fantastic. Maybe avoid this one and save yourself the hassle.

Excellent service, prompt and friendly. Effortless.

Very disappointed with the service on this occasion. Lady organiser on the phone was very polite, but could not guarantee collection or delivery of car for requested times on my departure or arrival date. Although on departure I was able to pick up the driver so that I made check in on time, On return I waited 40 minutes before my car was returned. Obvious shortage of staff and this at a very busy time of year.

Great service at Stansted. I left my wallet in the car and was in a right panic. They located it and kept it safe for me whilst away. The drop off and pick up were easy compared to the official on site Meet and Greet that evening, who had lost a whole load of cars, and had a large queue of families waiting at 1.30am.

A brilliant service and great value for money.

Flawless we were ages getting our bags and they were really accommodating parked right outside waiting for us when we finally got outside. Guys both really friendly as well.

This was an excellent service. Both on the outward and inward journeys the drivers were there to meet us, no hanging around. The drivers were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend APC Meet and Greet to others.
