It was exceptional service from this company. I completely messed up my booking and had all my times wrong...they were not phased at all and transported us to and from the airport quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again.

I found the facilities at Maple Manor parking to be convenient and efficient. As a frequent traveller, I shall have no hesitation in using it again. I would particularly like to commend Carlos Gouvela for his amazing help and kindness when I left my case behind - he went, literally, far beyond the extra mile to help me.

Essentially the service was exactly as expected. The only reason for deducting one star is that the area near reception is not hard surfaced. When we arrived it was raining and hence quite muddy and I had to carry the bags over to the office.

Maple were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, efficient and extremely helpful staff. You could ask for better :-)
