Drop off and pick up very easy and was happy with this. However on return, the outside of my car was really dusty and dirty.

Would have given five stars except for the reception part. Ignored for ages by the guy booking the car in. When he did, he didn't seem able to use the computer competently. Great pick up at the end of the journey, no complaints about that. The car was ready and waiting, no damage. The Premier Inn shuttle bus takes you to and from the terminal, all good.

Convenient close parking but transfers to and particularly from the airport were poor. Had an hour wait on return.

Issues on arrival with my booking not being found on the system. All very stressful. I then had to chase my provider for them to resend the booking confirmation. On arrival back at the airport I had to wait over 20 minutes for the bus. Key collection was easy but I then had a piece of paper stuck to my windscreen, on the inside, that when removed left the sticky stuff behind. Not the greatest experience.

All good for cheap parking. Didn’t like the thought of leaving the keys but all was fine. Didn’t come out to greet you so we were hovering a little while outside the door. On collection we had spent £10 in costa to be told no drinks on the 7 seater! To hot to drink so they were thrown. Had lids so didn’t see the issue. Very rude, didn’t even put our cases in the boot.
