Go Airport Parking Park and Ride Stansted Reviews

The car park, Maple parking, was quite easy to find but we were not greeted on entry, had to work out how to get in, and then had to ask to see what the process was as we weren't sure where to go. The check in was quick but not friendly. We had to ask where the transfer bus was. The car park and bus stop was rather rough and uneven which did not help my husband who has mobility issues. On the way back, our call was answered quite quickly, and the bus stop easy to find at the airport. However, the bus was a long time coming. Check out was quick. Someone had written in the accumulated dirt on the car.

Postcode didn’t exist when entered into my satnav. Not very well sign posted. Drop off was straight forward when we found it. On our return we collected the car key which was hassle free but only to find mud in the car. A paper foot mat was used but was torn and left mud on the mat and inside drives side door.

Good easy service and low cost however car park was muddy and my car was driven at least 4 times and wasn’t were I parked. Also they made lost of mess with mud in drivers area.

The car park is very unclean, the area is muddy and so your car gets very dirty both inside and out, so keep in mind you will need yo pay for a carwash on top of your cost of parking. When I arrived back in London I phoned the number to say I landed as requested and the member of staff was extremely rude, I asked where I should go and whether I have to get a bus to the car park or whether they will send a driver (as many car parks do) and he shouted back at me saying if I wanted to be picked up I should have paid for Meet and Greet, when I got to the car park they couldn’t find many peoples keys and had people waiting. The organisation is poor. I’d recommend paying £10 more and going elsewhere.

The guy from Maple Parking was super rude. On way home, we called three times and there was no answer. Eventually got through.

Disappointed on arrival due to state of car park,full of potholes that couldn't be avoided as so many. Check in was a portacabin on site, this went smoothly and transport to airport quick. On return had to wait a very long time for pick up back to car. Major concern when given car key and told it was outside, it wasn't, staff appeared to have no idea where it was and had to hunt in the dark!! Rather worrying.
