I have used several parkandgo services. Most were smooth and pleasant experiences. This one worked fine, but it was not very confidence-inspiring from the start. They didn't check the car for scratches, or give us any form to sign: just said hello, took the key and drove away. They gave confusing advice about where to meet them on our return ("just go down the lamp, turn right, then it's twenty metres to your left") without specifying which car park they would be in. When we got there, the car park (Orange) was closed. They rang and said they would take the car to the Avis car park, and when I finally reached them (my husband and I had split up to try and find the car park) they immediately handed me the key, dumped the car and started to head off towards their own car. I said "what am I going to do, I need to find my husband?". The driver said "I'm sure you'll be ok", slammed the door, and drove off.

Sadly, after two weeks in you compound, the car was returned covered in a thick layer of dust which was explained by the delivery driver as a result of some works on nearby field/farm. More importantly, we found a signigicant dent on car's front bonnet where hand prints were also left (thanks to dust cover mentioned above this was showing very clearly). Again, delivery driver had not explanaition for this other to say that he is merely delivery guy. All in all, a very sad experience.
