Reviewed on 8th July 2013Good service took the hassle out of airport parking. However I believe you say cars are left undercover while parked, if this is the case then you have serious problems. when the car was returned to me it was in a pretty poor state (I had the car cleaned before my trip down) It seemed to be covered in soot, burnt embers, dust and the front of the car was splashed with mud. Can someone explain before I use you again what happened. Regards Andy Ward

Reviewed on 13th March 2012Had to wait ages for collection of car despite ringing with plenty of time and giving an accurate ETA. Attendant wasn't very helpful and it defeated the object as we'd booked to save time on an early morning flight and was stilled rushed going through the airport. Return journey was good, cars waiting for us when we arrived. Polite and friendly attendant.

Reviewed on 10th October 2011The service provided was excellent, however the gentleman who collected my car did not give us any paperwork at all and I spent the whole time we were away worrying that our car had be stolen. I did question why we were not given anything and he just said they don't bother with it anymore. This could cause quite a potential problem if your car does not arrive back to you in the same condition as you left it.

Reviewed on 5th September 2011The problem that we had was we did not know there were a number of companies operating under the Park and Go name. My son booked his car in to catch the same flight as we were using Park and Go. The problem occured when we returned he rang for his car and mine. They said they had his car, but not mine and were very unhelpful implying that I must have given my car keys to a complete stranger. After some worry I rang the number on my sheet realising that it was different. Only to have the situation explained very clearly by SPS Who were very helpful and said that they had my car ready. I must be made clear by your company that there are a number of operators or this situation could occur again.
