Reviewed on 18th March 2025Drop off was a smooth, easy experience. On return we landed early so as instructed I phoned up to let them know the change in timing, I wasn’t asking them to send the car I was just letting them know, the guy on the phone laughed at me when I told him we were still on the plane and asked to phone him back at passport control (which we didn’t need to go through anyway). 15 minutes later we were in the car park as we didn’t go through passport control or have any baggage to collect, I phoned back asking for them to bring the car over, he said it was a 3-5 minute wait. 20 minutes later I phoned asking where it was, he said he forgot to inform me that there are road works and it will be another 10 minutes, we ended up waiting 30 minutes in the cold.

Reviewed on 14th March 2024Brilliant service. The two Gentlemen that met us were both waiting for us and we didn't call early we called at the right time. On arrival we were treated incredibly patiently as we maneuvered our bags and 6 month old out of our car for out first family holiday. Greeters were polite and very friendly. I can't recommend this professional service enough and will definitely be using Park & Go again. Thank you very much.
