A4 Meet and Greet Reviews

Arrived promptly to collect and return car. No damage to car. Would have liked to have seen staff member check my receipt before giving me the keys upon return.

Called 15 minutes before arriving at airport, driver was waiting when we arrived. On return flight we potentially was going to have delay, called A4 to let them know, they said don't worry as we'll track your flight for you, in the end we was only half hour late. Called once we were out of the terminal, car arrived within a few minutes, I checked the mileage and it was under the approx. agreed on collection. Would definitely use A4 again if I fly from Bristol. Very reasonable cost, with very good customer service, the only negative thing that I would comment on is that don't where they park but my car came back filthy, but not a big issue.

Delay in delivery on return of 30 minutes. Good collection.

I was very impressed on both my arrival at Bristol airport and when I collectted my car up on my return, but unfortunetly when I arrived home I noticed that my car's rear bumper had been hit by another car but as I had left the airport I cannot prove what had happened but it has tought me to check the car next time.

Very efficient drop off and collection. Only issue was we found a stray piece of wire attached to the underside of the vehicle on our way home... it may or may not have been picked up in the parking area! Came loose easily and no damage.

Drop off and pick up were excellent. On time and the driver was friendly and polite. However, the car was covered in a large amount of bird droppings. They had to be cleaned off immediately the day I got home otherwise the paintwork would have been damaged.

Very good, excellent service. Only complaint is that car came back very dirty covered in bird dropping. The car must have been parked under a tree or something.

Great service, but the driver that dropped off the vehicle was a smoker.......its not against the law but something I do not like especially the smell in my car on return. I also noticed on the paperwork that any damage incurred was my responsibility and to be covered by my insurance ????? This would put me of next time considering I am not driving !
