A4 Meet and Greet Reviews

We had excellent service when arriving at Bristol airport to go on our holiday. Very fast and easy with two young children. However on the way back we had to wait a little as they couldn’t get our car to start, which can’t be helped and we understand this but we then had to pay another fee on top of what we had already paid to get out of the car park which we were never told or warned about. Other than this, it was a great service and will most probably be using them again :) Thank you.

Super efficient service, very easy to drop off at airport and car returned within 5 minutes of calling on return. Would definitely recommend.

Efficient quick and didn’t have to wait. Very polite, excellent service and good value for money. To improve service please answer phone more quickly - we had to keep calling as we approached airport several times. Also have some sort of sign on arrival so we know who you are. Or explain that you will come find us based on our car reg.

At the time of booking these guys had the best prices covering a 5 day period. The 2 employees who picked up / returned my vehicle were extremely courteous and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending A4 Meet & Greet.

Normally I would give a 5 for their services but this time they were late meeting us at the airport and afterwards when we landed. Otherwise, they are polite and professional.

Quick and efficient service. It’s not a car park more of a ‘drop and go’ but it’s close the terminal. Return of my car was less than 3 minutes so didn’t have to wait. Staff should be more identifiable with visible named T-shirt’s & badges??

Used this company several times always satisfied with the service. On arrival back at Bristol collected all luggage and rang to inform this. Was met by staff member who curtly said "next time ring when you are actually leaving the building" and gave us keys and walked off. This was 1.30am flight had been delayed 1 hour but they check this. No "have you had a nice holiday etc" We have always rang when luggage collected and walked straight to car park and did no different this time. Satisfied with service but not staff attitude.
