Reviewed on 20th January 2016Used in January. We were kept waiting 5-10 mins at Bristol airport and, unfortunately, this was at the beginning of the cold spell this month! However, on the way back the car and driver were already waiting when we phoned, so spot on! From booking process to the meeting and greeting, all staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend, well worth it!

Reviewed on 5th January 2016First time I'd used meet and greet and it was a great service. Especially travelling early hours on Boxing Day morning, we called 20 mins prior to arrival at the airport and 'Meet and Greet' were there ready and waiting when we arrived. We received the same service when we arrived back in the UK. We called pretty much as soon as we got off the plane as we only had hand luggage and didn't need to wait, again 'Meet and Greet' were there and my car waiting in perfect condition. Would definitely use this service again.
