We used meet and greet at Bristol on 11/10/17 to 16/10/17. Meet on wed 11 was straight forward and prompt. (Hence why I've given 2). Meet on Mon 16 during the night was a complete shambles. We spent 35 mins waiting for our car to be delivered. Our flight was perfectly on time - the excuse was that cars were blocking my car in. Not my problem..... no apologies once we received our car. Atrocious planing and unfortunately has put me off using the service ever again.

We were pleased with the service before we left Bristol Airport. However, on our return I rang as requested on the slip of paper we were given and was informed that we were not expected back until the next day and our car was not at the holding compound and would take at least half an hour to arrive at the Airport. We were confused by this statement as the slip of paper explained that you monitor our flights so there will be no issues on our return. If indeed someone was monitoring our flight they would have seen it had been delayed by an hour and that our flight only flies back into Bristol Airport early hours of a Thursday morning. When the guy eventually arrived (after 35 minutes)he showed the card the guy who accepted the car had written. The guy had written 12.30 on the card and not 00.30, the guy who brought the car then told me we must have told him 12.30 and not the early hours time. I felt like this was being made to be our fault and not the fault of the service. As we have flown on the same exact Wednesday for 10 years now and have been using Asap Meet and Greet for most of those years, I believe that it was the company's mistake and not ours. And to top it all I had printed off the original agreement and had that with me, clearly showing the times and dates we were flying out and back in which I showed the guy leading me to believe that the slip of paper given on our flight out isn't worth the paper its printed on (forgive the pun)they clearly have not monitored our flight and being delayed not only at the Airport in Crete and on the runway then again at Bristol Airport meant we didn't actually arrive home until after 4am. Thank you ASAP Meet and Greet for welcoming us back in to the country.

Car was still in the compound on our return to Bristol airport for a 10 am pickup having been up since 3 in the morning. Had to wait over 30 minutes for car. My paperwork was correct but the paperwork I signed when handing the car over was incorrect hence error. No sympathy from ASAP as they said I'd signed it. They should try reading the paperwork on drop off in the middle of a busy car park with 2 excited children and 4 ski bags to lug about!

On arriving back at Bristol Airport, I rang both mobile phone numbers I was given by Park and Go and ASAP, several times, without getting an answer. After 15/20 minutes I rang the free phone number on my mobile. I got no apology, and was told that the mobile phone numbers are no longer used, and should have rang the 0800 number, telling me that I would not be charged by my provider? I have lost total confidence in ASAP and won't use them again. This was the 4th/5th time I used them in last few months.
