Reviewed on 5th May 2018My experience was both terrible and wonderful the owner of asap had a heart attack...he is seriously ill in hospital.. there followed a series of problems were people couldn’t locate their cars I got no response from the mobile number when attempting to collect my car last week.. a friend of the company Bob stepped up to sort and finally he arrived with my car at Bristol airport.. can’t thank you enough Bob for sorting out this nightmare. Wishing you all the best.. cautionary tale of using off site airport parking I’m afraid

Reviewed on 9th April 2018Absolutely horrendous experience. Astonishingly our car was left in the express drop off area for the whole week. It was never actually taken offsite. We had to explain the situation to Bristol Airport to stop being charged £50 a day parking! In addition the keys were lost so we had to get a taxi back and forth to our home to get our spare set of keys. You could not write the script!!

Reviewed on 7th April 2018Timing is an issue for ASAP in my experience. We had to wait for them to get to the airport to leave the car with them. Then on return we phoned as instructed after picking up our bags. We waited outside but twenty mins later still no sign if the car. Phoned again and the guy said he would make enquiries. Rang me back assuring me car would be with us in a couple of minutes. In all it was half an hour wait. It was suggested to me that the problem was temporary traffic lights at Churchill where their yard is. Churchill is on my way home and there was no sign of any lights. Sadly rather than being on time they live up to their name and get there ASAP.

Reviewed on 2nd March 2018I had made a mistake on the original booking but corrected it when we dropped off our car. Despite this, we had to wait for over 2 hours when we returned. This service is not run in the professional way it used to be.

Reviewed on 5th January 2018Waited 1 hour for our car to arrive on our return followed their directions to the letter, I rang them on a dozen occasions and when I could get a answer was told it would be there within 5 minutes. This was obviously not true, this booking was by far the worst I have ever experienced.

Reviewed on 10th March 2016ASAP simply didn't turn up. No reply to both mobiles when we called to advise of imminent arrival, as per instructions. That said, Park and Go themselves were excellent at sorting the issue out, and promptly arranged a full refund. A week has gone by, and yet not a word from ASAP to explain why things went so wrong. I appreciate things can go wrong for any number of reasons, but it's disappointing that didn't even bother to try and explain why things went so badly wrong.

Reviewed on 7th September 2015Although we pre booked and prepaid for a Meet and Greet at Bristol Airport, and phoned 30 mins before arriving at the airport, as requested on the voucher, we were turned away on the day and refused help so it was the worst experience. No offer of compensation or apology or even explanation, just that they had not got our booking and were too busy to come and meet us. Cannot recommend.
