Reviewed on 6th April 2018The Park and Go bit worked really well. There to pick up when we arrived, and the car back to the airport within minutes of a call. But it was filthy. I'd had it cleaned the day before we flew and when it cam back it was covered in thick dust. 'Sorry, it's a bit dusty in the barn' I was told.

Reviewed on 26th March 2018Dear sir, Here I submit my review with reference to my experience with your company - ASAP Meet And Greet. Communication excellent. A very helpful rep/driver who collected my car at Bristol Airport. Prompt delivery of my vehicle on my return. I would draw your attention to the condition of my vehicle on collection. The wheels and tyres were very dirty. There were scuff marks on the drivers side interior where dirty footwear had come into contact. The interior drivers side under foot matting was covered in dirt. The vehicle had been fully valeted the day before my travel day so other than traffic film the car was in a reasonable clean state. The interior was immaculate. I do have images of the state of my vehicle.

Reviewed on 2nd January 2018Have used before and had a good experience, but on this occasion had to call 5 times to get them to answer the phone on arriving at the airport, and due to computer issues they were over 30 minutes later delivering the car at the other end, again, having to phone multiple time to get someone to answer the phone. Not sure if I will use again.

Reviewed on 28th March 2016Tried ringing the numbers given on my confirmation but got a message saying the numbers were unavailable. Not what I wanted at the start of my holiday. Continued to the drop off car park and managed to find someone from ASAP parking who told me the number to ring prior to arrival had changed.

Reviewed on 18th June 2014I picked my car a lot dirtier than it was, air regulator knob was broken and it wasn't before.

Reviewed on 1st June 2014Okay departing, but on return I had problem contacting the driver my phone was ringing but the drivers was not. There was another person there who had the same problem in the morning????

Reviewed on 27th September 2013Driver on time good. Had to pay own exit fee (advert said ticket supplied). Damage to off side front door, driver did not request card /signature.
