Although we pre booked and prepaid for a Meet and Greet at Bristol Airport, and phoned 30 mins before arriving at the airport, as requested on the voucher, we were turned away on the day and refused help so it was the worst experience. No offer of compensation or apology or even explanation, just that they had not got our booking and were too busy to come and meet us. Cannot recommend.

This is the first time we used this service.We didn't book it until the day of departure. The booking system was easy and efficient, and the quality of the service at both departure and arrival was fantastic. We were really impressed.

The collection and return timings were fine, only comment is it would be useful if the staff were clearly identifiable as working for the company we booked with.

Excellent service the driver met us promptly as we arrived at the car park on both the outward and inward flights - no waiting around it was very efficient. We had a bit of a blip as we tried to leave car park and the charge was £12 not £1 however we found the Park and Go Rep who was able to sort this out for us. I would definitely use this service again - their prices were much more reasonable too.
