The service received was excellent and efficient both drop off and pick up. The gentleman was friendly and informative. However I was very disappointed how dirty my car was!! Covered in a thick clay like dust, one can only assume the car was stored in or by a field and not a large car park as imagined.

For the first time ever we had a small problem with the 'meet' at the airport! A 20 min (aprox)delay with 3 mores calls later they arrived. It just panicked us a little but normally the service is excellent.

Overall a good service was provided. However, having to wait for 10 minutes on a cold June night (at 10.30 pm) rather spoilt the experience. With today's technology it should be possible for the drivers to be aware of the landing times without the need for your clients to phone them merely to confirm information that is readily available.
