ASAP Meet and Greet Reviews

We used meet and greet at Bristol on 11/10/17 to 16/10/17. Meet on wed 11 was straight forward and prompt. (Hence why I've given 2). Meet on Mon 16 during the night was a complete shambles. We spent 35 mins waiting for our car to be delivered. Our flight was perfectly on time - the excuse was that cars were blocking my car in. Not my problem..... no apologies once we received our car. Atrocious planing and unfortunately has put me off using the service ever again.

Very good, would use again. We arrived nearly 30 minutes late and they still dealt with us without any problem. Return flight arrived about 30 minutes late (gone midnight) and the service was excellent, with our car waiting outside when we got to the pickup point. Very Impressed.

A truly excellent service. My return flight was cancelled and I did not get back to Bristol until 6:30am, having been rerouted to Stansted. The staff could not have been more helpful and there was NO extra charge!!
