Reviewed on 24th November 2014I would have rated you as a 5 but your bus driver reduced your score. When we returned to Bristol on Sat evening he failed to control his passengers who stood near the bus exit doors preventing access to empty seats. He was rude and a jobs worth, failing to shoulder his responsibilities.
