Reviewed on 5th June 2014There were no delays. No waiting for buses. Drop off close to departure. Pick up bus back to car park well sign posted and no delays. Picking up the key was easy, the staff told us exactly which number and bay where the car would be found and pointed us in the right direction. A pleasant experience. Thank you.

Reviewed on 2nd May 2014I have difficulty walking after a long illness and so parked my car on arrival close to reception (luckily a car vacated the space as we pulled in ). On our return from holiday our car had been moved to the far end of row G ,67 I think. This was a long excruciating walk with our baggage at approx 1am and after travelling from 3pm the previous day. We were so angry and frustrated but just too exhausted to complain at the time. You live and learn.

Reviewed on 10th April 2014I was very pleased with the helpfulness of staff and the service given. Please apologise to driver of coach which picked me up at Bristol Airport sometime after 4 pm on Tuesday 8th April as I suddenly got sick and vomited inside the coach against the door. I have been quite ill since then and am just recovering.
