Good value for money. After coming back my car was parked close to the gate and I found it straight away. Helpful and polite staff. Only downside was the signage to the actual car park - I arrived when it was dark and it was hard to work out, where the parking spaces are. I think member of the staff directed me to it. Otherwise great.

Great service not waiting around like some of the others, in fact it was quicker than parking on site. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Close to the airport and an efficient and effective service. No long waits in the car park to get the shuttle and the same on return. No complaints!

The entrance is poorly signed and hard to spot if arriving in the dark. The drop off and collection area is very rough. and has lots of puddles if it is raining. Staff are friendly and the transfer is very quick. On our return our car was blocked in by a car from a delayed earlier flight. We had to go back to the reception to get someone to move it. Probably won't use this one again.

I have rated Oakwood a 4* and not a 5 only because the entrance drive and some of the walkways have tremendous puddles in rainy weather which makes it difficult walking and avoiding getting wet feet. The service otherwise was friendly, helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend Oakwood and look forward to using their services again in November.

My experience of this site is a very poor service, on the outward journey no problems, on the return journey it was unbelievable. I phoned as soon as I reached pickup point was told be there shortly, 40 minutes later and 2 more phone calls the bus arrived, When the driver piled every one on there was no room for my wife, I had to get on the bus, go and pick up my car return to the airport to pick up my wife I complained to the driver and at the office but no apologies from anyone from Oakwood Parking. Last time for us to use this service.

Second time using this car park, the staff are more than welcoming and gave us a good giggle on the mini bus to and from the airport. Never more than a 5 minutes wait from when you ring until you’re getting picked up. Thanks again!
