Came back to pick up where the bus was waiting the lady driver was outside the bus. Went to get on and she said there’s another one soon looked on the bus only 4 people on it then waited another 20 minutes.

I have used this many times, but this time unfortunately this time had to wait a long time to get collected from the airport as only seem to be one driver on.

On arrival, there were no indications as to where to park. It was late, dark and busy. Found an available spot and parked the car. Handed in key. Minibus was waiting - all very good. On our return - chaos. Bristol airport was very busy. Telephoned. Again, no indication of where to wait for minibus. Eventually the minibus arrived and we had to join the 'scrum' to get on board. Retrieved key and was told that our car had been moved. Had trouble locating it. Car was dirty - it had been driven for 4 miles.

We have used you for the last 5 years and have always had a great experience. This trip was the same on the way out however arriving back at Bristol was an unpleasant experience for my family of 4. The driver was having a stressful day and this showed in his attitude which I wasn't impressed with. We had to wait for 20minutes due to the airport being very busy which was absolutely fine. When he picked us up he was noticeably annoyed that customers were ringing him and the way he was talking to customers was very direct and rude which was came across unprofessional. Really thought his attitude was poor considering he's representing your company and made me feel uncomfortable with a bad atmosphere in the bus returning to the car park. I appreciate the gentleman was very busy but he needs to control his emotions whilst on duty as a friendly driver with a nice atmosphere is what we would expect from your service which we normally get.

I have used Oakwood on many occasions and been happy with the service given. However on this occasion they sent an unmarked white minibus , instead of the normal liveries one. As I was unaware of this I waited an hour at the airport.

My car was not prepared for pickup at all. I spent 10 minutes looking for it and it was blocked at the far end of the parking lot.

Very difficult finding car which was then blocked in but eventually managed to get car out when another motorist arrived to move their car.

This place used to be great. Not sure if it’s due to the new traffic management due to the works at the airport, but it seems you now have to wait quite a lot longer for each minibus and they are busy, with one or two people at the end of the queue having to wait for the bus to go and return again. A couple with a baby decided to walk in the cold and dark. It was faster than waiting for the minibus, as they were in the airport queue ahead of us. The driver seemed to delight in proceeding extra slowly as he sensed people were in anxious to get there fast. He also seemed to think it ok that one of the front seats was taken up by a friend/partner/colleague? To have someone to chat to on his journeys back and fourth. There is even a new sign on the buses warning customers not to be abusive to staff. This goes without saying and is almost an insult to the huge majority of well behaved customers. It is also very unlikely that an A4 sign like this is going to convince any small minority of unruly customers to improve their behaviour. If there is a shortage of staff I suggest the owners quickly rectify this to save the reputation of their company.
