Reviewed on 28th September 2025I have parked here 6-7 times a year. The staff is very rude the last time I parked here was last wk. On return the staff was so rude, my case was placed on the bottom of everyone’s else’s and crushed my case with the weight of others not happy at all a new case.. I have booked again for Monday 29th September this will be the last time I will be booking with this company. I wouldn’t have parked tomorrow but it was pre booked after my last experience. A local customer for years but feel I will have to go elsewhere

Reviewed on 18th September 2025Much Longer drop off and pick up time than usual. Our car was blocked by other car what cause additional inconvenience. Very unlikely use this car park again even we used it many years in the past.

Reviewed on 16th September 2025Whilst I use this car park 3/4 times a year, I may not again. Every member of staff there are great. However, there is one young male member of staff , that twice this year has been very rude to me Otherwise the staff and car park is great.

Reviewed on 19th August 2025After returning to my car at 10:30pm it was blocked in which was no problem as they moved the car in front of me however my passenger side window was wide open so my car was not secure. I would never park here again as it is not safe and when I complained that my car window was open the gentleman’s reply was that they had only moved the car about 6pm so it the window can’t have been open that long. This was a really bad response and is a really bad attitude to have. I feel like they don't take the safety of your car seriously and will not use this parking again.

Reviewed on 29th May 2025I am a little disabled and because the fitter people could run for the bus I finally caught the third bus with help from fellow passenger, not very happ!!!

Reviewed on 4th January 2025We had a terrible experience this time. We have used this company for multiple holidays and all our family's and friends have used it on our recommendation. This time was terrible. When we arrived there was a queue of about 40 people in front of us and the couple in front said they were told it would be a 45 minute wait. There was only one bus operating. Even though we left the 2 hours for our flight this would have cut it very close after security. We needed to book an uber to get from the parking to the airport. Another couple had opted to walk to the airport. On the way back we had the same poor service where there was a queue of over 40 people and only one bus operating. The company are aware of flight times and flight names. They are aware a lot of places are landing at the same time but it was clear there was an operational fault with the company and they did not plan accordingly. So after we waited 50 minutes in the queue we made it to the car park and the woman behind the desk was incredibly rude. She gave no assistance on where the car was and practically threw the keys back at me. Never have I had bad service by the team here, this was a real shock.

Reviewed on 11th December 2024We always use Oakwood parking when we fly from Bristol Airport and never in the past have any issues, but last time we had very bad experience When we arrived to get our vehicle, the way was park, we couldn't get axes to our boot, was parked to close to the bushes, in front of our car was park another vehicle, almost touching to ours, we couldn't get out to head home, had to wait for another 45 minutes for another vehicle owners to arrive to move so we can go home, I think this is unacceptable?

Reviewed on 13th November 2024I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone the driver had one hell of attitude and I went to pick my car up when we got back I asked the driver where my car was he said go to office they are all as bad they Told me it’s somewhere up there on the left and that was it,when I parked the car when I left in a different place why couldint the staff be polite never ever again it really shocked me.

Reviewed on 17th October 2024Couldn't get in the minibus twice, people scrambling to get on. My cases went on one minibus i had wait for next.. The cases left in car park. Until I arrived. Then they couldn't find my keys. I said where is it parked up on left. I walked up through the muddy car park for half hour in rain no lights trying find car. It was on right in different car park area.
