Had to wait in car park, lucky it was not raining. my wife and I both in our 70's driver did not help with suitcases, just opened rear door and walked away, a lady and her young daughter couldn't reach the top of the pile we all had to help her. Not the service I've had in other parks.

I had to find my car with all my luggage in a muddy field in the pitch black of night only to find it blocked in and had to go back to office who sent me to find van driver who sent me to office. Then had started moaning at each other. Not good after long flight.

Great and easy transfer. So close to airport.

Nice and convenient for the airport being only 5 minutes minibus drive away. Friendly staff and drivers. They are with you within 5 minutes of ringing them to say you are through customs and baggage. What's nice is that they don't wait for a group of you to arrive before picking you up/dropping you off which is a bonus.

Shuttle was very good with almost instant service both ways and 5 minutes travel maximum. Premises looks quite scruffy with no signage, barriers, machines etc but car was fine and very good price.
