Good, cheap service. Bit of a free for all on arrival. But smooth quick pick up from airport.

Efficient service, waited a few minutes for mini bus to take us to airport which was about 2 minutes away. On return, phoned once landed as had no hold bags to collect and the driver arrived as we walked out of the terminal. Car was parked at the front of car park for easy access out. Very nice driver too who helped with bags.

Good prompt pick up and collection, only problem was that trod in unseen pothole/puddle as arrived at 4.00. Had wet toes for a while after.

Very close to the airport. Owners are friendly and the arrival procedure was great, even squeezed us on the bus as running late. However the driver on the way back was unfriendly and I had to wait a while for my transfer which given they are two minutes off site was a bit disappointing.

Very close to the airport which is great. Outward journey a smooth, quick service. Parked easily and transfer took 5 minutes which was great. Return journey - not so good. As we arrived at 3am, we stayed at the Hilton next to the terminal. Rang to ask if we could be collected from hotel to be told that the minibus was not allowed into the car park. This was not true as we had already checked with hotel staff. When I questioned the matter further, explaining we had heavy bags the person on the phone said her boss refused permission for us to be collected from the hotel and we needed to go back to the drop off point. This meant carrying our bags back up lots of steps. The hotel is 30 seconds from the drop off point so we felt this would've been a very simple pick up. The driver was polite but not overly helpful. He stood talking to us with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and there was no offer of help to get our luggage out of the minibus. I would use the service again but I think a more flexible, professional service would make the experience better. Maybe polo shirts for the drivers with Oakwood logo on and and no smoking policy when dealing with customers would be a starting point.

Easy to find. Close to terminal so transfers very quick. Bus was waiting when we got back so that was good. My only comment would be that as a single mum travelling with my children I would have appreciated someone offering assistance with my case - the cars are parked on hard standing which isn’t easy to move case across.

The parking pick up and drop off we’re timely and without any problems. The car was fine and ready for pick up on our return.
