Very straight forward and easy. Driver collected us within 15 minutes of landing. Would use again.

Good on the trip to Bristol although no one was present when we arrived. Long wait on the way back, had to wait for the bus to return twice given the number of people waiting. Took ages and the driver's communication skills in telling people what was happening was dreadful. Disappointing way to arrive back from holiday.

All was well when we arrived. A quick good service, unfortunately when we returned they were slow to pick us up requiring two phone calls. The driver did not help us put the luggage in the back of the van at the airport or at the drop off.(we are both seventy years old). The driver went to the wrong place first and we had to tell him where the car was, not sure if I will use again.

Only issue was after ringing Oakwood it took 25 minutes to pick us up from airport, other than this a good service with friendly staff. Thank you, will definitely use Oakwood again. Many thanks 🙂

Drop off and collection at airport was perfect! Unfortunately on my return to the car park after being dropped off and the shuttle driver leaving I discovered my car was blocked in. I called and he returned 15 minutes later to move a car for me to drive away. Not what you want at 2am, but hey things happen. I would definitely use this car park again.

Quick efficient and very good price.

Really good service, prompt minibus to and from the airport. The car park is a dusty though so your car comes back a bit brown! The staff are lovely and overall it’s an excellent place to park your car if you are flying from Bristol.

Timings perfect. Took us straight there as soon as we arrived. Drivers great. No hanging around for bus when we got back. Excellent service.
