It was easy to find on the road to the airport. Very efficient, just drop the car keys off and a minibus was waiting and took us to the airport in a few minutes.

Really straight forward to book & get back & fore the airport. I would recommend Oakwood 😊

Good and efficient as normal although this time for some reason my car was left blocked in and it took 20 minutes for the bus driver, as the only insured person able to move vehicles, to return from a pick up run. Normally that is not an issue but at 2am with a small child that was pretty annoying. Suggest you get more people insured to move a car 10 feet so those in a rush to leave can actually go. Surprised your system for moving incoming customers cars failed on this occasion, as I have used your service many time before and it has never been a problem.

Never had a problem always used Oakwood, we arrived back and was picked up promptly. Got our keys and to find that we blocked in by another vehicle. The lady giving the keys was not insured to move the vehicles so had to wait for the person driving the pick up van to return! Just not what you want after a day of travelling back!

Very positive experience, no hassle no problems, went very smoothly going and returning.
