Reviewed on 16th June 2018Waited around ten minutes for the minibus with a 2 minute transfer to the airport. When landing back in Bristol, minibus was there with very friendly lady who dropped us back to the car. Car was dirty on the outside as to be expected from being parked in a field. Car had moved 3 miles whilst away which is fair enough. Will definitely use again.

Reviewed on 15th June 2018Very good parking, mini bus was waiting for us to take us to the airport and then we rang when we had our cases and mini bus was there to take us back to car park. Only thing I’d say is it needs a more highlighted entrance sign for night arrivals, will definitely be using them again. Thank you.

Reviewed on 15th June 2018I have always used Oakwood with no issues but on this trip which was very wet and busy I got soaking wet waiting for the bus due to rude, selfish people not waiting their turn and just jumping on the bus to grab a seat and then several of us were told to go to our cars and wait. Then again, when the bus came back people just got on and ran straight to the front, but fair play to the driver he told them to get off and wait their turn and even had to explain that people were waiting 30 minutes before they turned up and due to busy traffic we all have to be patient. I cant fault Oakwood as they always do their best but some customers should learn some manners and respect the drivers.
