Reviewed on 21st May 2018Our experience going out was as usual exceptional, the driver was on time helpful and courteous. Our return experience was on time but the driver was surly and unhelpful and it was dark, 11 pm at night. When we asked where our car was he replied “ somewhere in the car park “ and no help with the cases. Your service and value is good but this representative let you down. Holiday May 8th to 19th.

Reviewed on 21st May 2018First time I used your service. Arrived and instantly put on bus and taken to airport. Waited 5 minutes after landing for bus, no problems. Car was right by the exit. Will use again. Very good price and service. Thanks again.

Reviewed on 20th May 2018I would normally give 5 - as the service is usually very courteous and efficient but there were problems on our return. There was not enough to room on the van for everyone so passengers had to wait in the car park whilst the drivers fetched the cars. It was gone midnight and very cold. My husband eventually returned with our car but we then had the problem of paying the exit fee from the car park. Only a pound but we hadn't got sterling sorted - difficult in the dark.
