A charging point for electric vehicles would be a useful addition and good promotional asset for your business.

I have used this car park 4 times over the last 18 months and never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a transfer in either direction.

Quick, efficient and so near the airport. We have used you twice so far but will continue each time we fly from Bristol.

We have used Park & Go on many occasions with no problems but this time unfortunately we had problems on our return using Oakwood parking at Bristol Airport. They had a seven seat minibus to deal with lots of incoming flights! We were told to ring but nobody picks up the phone! When the driver arrived he was arrogant and rude! He had no order or idea of how to cope and after 45 minutes of waiting when I lost my temper with him, he refused to take us back to our car leaving us stranded at the car park! Will never use Oakwood Parking again, zero customer service!!

Parking was fine and instructions to find it were adequate. Transfer was satisfactory although we were advised that we may have to wait 40 minutes, it was cold and late and not welcome news, however we only waited a short time.

Absolutely fantastic, sat nav takes you straight to the car park, minibus straight to airport and vice versa. All straight forward for your holiday and return.

A slight delay on the journey to the airport as apparently the police were doing checks on vehicles and they couldn't use the minibus. Not sure why exactly - I was assured it was not a vehicle safety issue. It was still only about 20 minutes from car park arrival to getting to the terminal so can't complain. On the return they took 10 minutes after I phoned to being picked up. Slightly 'rough around the edges' but very close to airport and have used a few times without problems.

Perfect service. Happy reliable and very smooth. Will do again.

We’ve used park and go at least twice a year, for the last 10 years and about 90% of the time Oakwood parking is at the top of the list for price. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to leave for the airport after dropping off my car. On average we have to wait 10-15 minutes after phoning Oakwood to be collected from the airport. I’m happy with that.

Excellent, efficient service. Always use Oakwood parking and they never let us down. Good discount too.
