As an old person I was treated in the best possible way by the lovely lady. The service was excellent. It ran like clockwork and the price was right.

The car park was a field, you had to leave your key so the car could be moved. Coming back was terrible, all instructions were followed but wHether we missed them or they missed us we were waiting over an hour before we were picked up. We were bought in a white van but were picked up in a yellow van. Cheap but basically, you get what you pay for! !!!!

The man that greeted is at 4 in the morning was very grumpy. Totally different happy chap picked us up on the return though.

Found my car windows had been left part way open, luckily my car was not wet inside. Only had car 4 months. Car dirty with mud outside & in, but we were park in field, couldn’t be helped.

Bit disappointed with the the facilities at Oakwood Parking. Upon arrival we were dismayed to how filthy/muddy the place was. Service back and forth to airport was okay but having had to phone the office to try and change return date on booking it was difficult to get hold of someone who could actually change the booking - just told to tell the driver on the day and all would be fine! Upon our return, our car was really filthy, obviously parked in a field and drivers had left thick muddy footprints in the car in both driver and passenger foot wells. They were cheap but expected a better service.

Very awful service. Once I picked my car on my way return, I found it extremely dirty with mud everywhere (upholstery, pedals etc...) I can send you some pictures as evidences. The person was really aggressive also when I picked the car. The van pulled in to the airport, but some random people entered in prior to us, so we had to wait 15 minutes at the airport for the van come in again as there was no room for us. I am expecting some kind of compensation for this poor service. Regards, Bruno
