Only Criticism would be on our arrival it was raining heavy and there is No shelter for Customers to shelter from the Rain.!! Got drenched waiting 10 minutes for the next bus. Please think of putting in a wooden shelter would cost very little but go a long way to make peoples holidays get off to a nice start.!!

Easy to book using the Park and Go website. Good directions to the parking site, quick pick ups and collection of keys. Much cheaper than the onsite Bristol Airport parking!

Dropping off was great. The guy was lovely and very helpful. When arriving back the women was kinda rude and not very helpful. Quite disappointed!

Its about time you tarmaced your parking area! I washed my car prior to parking it with you and on our return it looked like it had been on a forest rally covered head to foot inside and out with mud ! When I took my case out of my car the wheels were covered in mud which transferred to my car boot and house!!

Always use Oakwood Parking. Quick, easy and affordable. Don't have to wait too long when you get back to Bristol Airport to be collected. Friendly staff. No toilet at the car park though which is a pain especially when you're travelling a while to get to the car park.
