Oakwood Parking Reviews

I cannot recommend Oakwood more highly. Perfect location for the airport, so easy to find & the system all runs very smoothly. The staff are all very friendly & helpful. On return journey it literally only took 5 minutes to be collected after making the call & even less time to get back to the car park where my car was ready & waiting. Would definitely recommend Oakwood to anyone flying from Bristol.

I always use Oakwood for parking when I fly from Bristol. I feel as though my car is safe. I have never found dents or scratches on it after parking there. Sometimes my car even looks cleaner than it was before I left. The drivers are so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Oakwood for parking. Good price, good service, easy to get to and only a couple of minutes away from the Airport.

Bit difficult to ring at 3am with no signal, no signal on the approach. Very quick transfer to and from Bristol airport, car was secure for 1 week. Would definitely use it again.

Been using Oakwood for a a few years and wouldn't use anyone else. First class service and quick.

Confusing at arrival, however return journey was awful, waited 40 minutes to be picked up after two phone calls by a very rude driver, who gave us all the impression he really didn't want to be doing this. We even had to open and close the van doors for him, even after dropping us off in the pitch black with a your cars are around here somewhere.not funny for a group of 3 children and 4 adults. I have used park and go many times before and booked again in December, thankfully not with Oakwood who I will never use again. I will now have to start looking around for other alternatives of parking after this, it really was a bad service.

Excellent service fast and prompt car ready at front when returning. Would recommend every time. Great value.

When we arrived they had no paperwork for our car so we just had to leave it and trust we would get it back ok. When we arrived home at midnight we got picked up ok but our car wasn't in the area for us to drive it away Although I had given my flight no apparently I had put my return time wrong . The man who had picked us up had to go and get his son out of bed to go and get our car . Ok so it may have been my fault but the way we were treated by the son was atrocious! Because of this our car had not been hosed down after being parked in a field for 10 days ! A very disappointing service . Will not be using it again.

Our delivery to the airport was excellent but we did have quite a wait after telephoning to be collected from the airport. However our plane arrived early so this could have contributed to the delay. Overall a good service which we would use again.
