The whole experience with Oakwood parking was great. It was easy to find, the car park is super close to the airport. All the staff were polite and helpful. We will definitely be using this car park again as it was also good value for money.

Excellent location and transfers to and from the airport. The only small issue was my car was quite dirty but then the parking is on a field.

Second time using Oakwood. First time no complaints. This time great on way to airport, poor on way back. Basically it was complete pot luck as to where the minibus was going to stop. The driver was clearly stressed and didn't 'crowd control'. The result of which meant there was a scramble for people to get on and no room for us - two adults and three children (5 and under). So we had to wait for the next minibus. Despite having been at the drop off in plenty of time, having called Oakwood and dealing with three children with a three hour flight delay. I wonder if there is a more organised fairer way of dealing with the transfers?

Not happy having to wait in the rain for bus to go back and forth knowing how many passengers you have, its totally incompetent one bus can do it.

Excellent service, prompt and reliable. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Initial Arrival Initial sign posting to the location was limited, on attendance at the yard there was no one to greet my vehicle and the property which was owned by Oakwood appeared derelict. After a quick call a mini bus driver attended and dealt with registration. With the car parked, the driver took my keys and off went to the airport.. the driver was 5***** with laughs and jokes all the way. Arrival Home Unfortunately this is where it went a tad wrong, on about to leave the airport contacted Oakwood and advised that the bus was outside, after a short delay as the airport could not open the main doors I arrived at the airport car park to find that the bus had left. 20 minutes later the bus arrived and off we went back to the storage area to collect our car. Overall, the car park is close to the airport, yes the vehicles are moved to another store (1 mile away) which I hope is more secure than the drop off field. The car parking is cheap compared to Silver Parking and great value for money. Only thing to improve on is someone other than a driver to welcome you on arrival and an additional bus on busy periods

I was very disappointed in my experience with Oakwood parking. They only use one minibus to transport people to and from the airport which means people are queuing when you arrive and delayed in getting to the departures. On return the mobile phone I was given and the land line I was told to call were both switched off! I was stranded at Bristol airport with 3 children in the rain not knowing what to do or how to get to my car. I walked to the drop off area and an hour after I landed a minibus turned up but hordes of people rushed towards it as they had been waiting 2 hours. Again they used one 11 seat minibus when multiple flights were arriving. It was a horrid end to our holiday and I would like a refund.

Have used Oakwood three times now. You park your car, get the mini bus (no longer than 5-10 minute wait, if at all) to Bristol airport, 5 minutes away. On your return, after baggage collection, you ring Oakwood, they pick you and return you to your car. Great service, friendly and efficient. Can't fault it.

Very efficient and friendly. Not waiting around for more than 5 minutes. Would definitely use again.
