Reviewed on 14th May 2017Used this parking before and it was brilliant hence why I booked it again. Dropping the car off was fine, no problems dropped car off and someone was there waiting to take us to airport which is literally a minute down the road. Coming home wasn't so brilliant. Called initially to let them know plane had arrived early. Said to call again when coming out of the exit doors. So did and said they'd be literally 2 minutes. Then stood in the rain at 1 o'clock in the morning with 2 really young children for 20 mins and still nothing. Phoned again and was told we'd have to be patient. About 10 minutes later a car pulled up and a lady said the van had broken down and she was going to take us back to car in her car. I'm aware vehicles break down but wish they'd been honest on the phone and said there was an issue and I would of been a lot more understanding.
