Pretty easy and straight forward. Van was waiting to take us to airport and we were lucky to find a van waiting on our way back even though our flight was delayed. My car was parked at front of office ready for me to drive away. Only negative was my car was very dirty outside but I guess its all the dust from the parking. Will use again. Thank you.

Drop-off and collection, all good. I've used Oakwood several times over the years and never had any problems.

Only issue was the car being blocked in on return although resolved in 10 minutes.

Great location, speedy check in and bus to the airport. quick collection and car reclaim. The only thing I would say is that the entrance is a bit tight.

My only comment is that Oakwood and their customers would benefit from a designated pick up point. None of you vehicles parked in the same place when collecting customers, resulting in a scramble, not an orderly system.

Overall a very positive experience. At no time were we left waiting. Drop off and pick up very well handled by drivers. Just one negative I would like to mention. The car park could do with resurfacing.

Great, so near to the airport. Only down side a bit dusty, we used this car park a few times and will use it again.
