Have used Oakwood for years. Always satisfied. Did not even have to ring for bus on return to Bristol this time as bus just arrived.

I have used Oakwood on 4 occasions without any worries. Always good service and car ready when I returned. The only annoyance I have is people pushing in front of me and my family when we have waited to be picked up. Last time we waited and 3 young men jumped the queue so there were no seats for me and my husband to get on. We said they had jumped in front but no reply just a shrug of the shoulders. We had to wait for the next bus.

Very good service and value, arrived / parked up and minibus was already there to throw cases on. On return, called Oakwood to say we were ready and headed to pickup area in Bristol Airport. You can wait for a 2nd bus if there is already a few people waiting to be picked up from the airport but only waited 10 minutes longer but will definitely use again and very good value for money

Always a good service have been using for a lot of years. Always reliable and a good service will use again and would highly recommend. Only one thing I wanted to point out, on my last return on 10th October my car was right up the top and difficult to get out this has never happened before, usually on return my car is parked nearer to your exit.

Easy and efficient process. Convenient to the airport and free shuttle service.

Leaving the car was very easy and transfer to the airport all within 10 minutes. On our return exactly the same speedy service and back to the car which was ready for us to drive away. Would use this car park again.

Absolutely fine. Perhaps more lighting when collecting after dark?
