Reviewed on 12th June 2017This was the first time I had used Oakwood. I've given it a 3 because although the car was okay and we were transported to and from the airport without undue delay, the 11 seat bus used for the transfer was overloaded on the return, such that luggage was not stowed safely and a baby seat (with baby) was not strapped in. It was unsafe and I will not be using Oakwood again.

Reviewed on 12th June 2017An excellent service all round. We were meet on arrival and taken quickly to the drop off point at the Airport. When we landed at 2.15 am on our return flight, I rang as soon as we got to the drop off point and literally waited 2 minutes before we were picked up. Drivers were very friendly and very efficient. Would highly recommend Oakwood Parking. Well done and thank you.

Reviewed on 12th June 2017Friendly, quick and efficient..only negative it was a bit of a squash to get 9 passengers 6 suitcases and a pushchair into the van....we could have had 3 more cases which would have caused a problem.

Reviewed on 11th June 2017I booked this parking service first of all because of its proximity to Bristol Airport and the very reasonable cost. I had booked for nine days parking but then had to extend it by two more days due to my flight home being cancelled and delayed. I kept in touch with Oakwood to update them on my time of arrival and they were very understanding and accommodating. When I finally arrived back in Bristol the mini bus was already waiting for us with a lovely cheerful driver. Plus, I only got charged an extra 10 pounds for what turned out to be two days more than my original booking. I'd recommend Oakwood to anyone.
