Excellent services the only reason I did not give a 5 was because the mini bus could of done with a clean.

Good value car park. A bit of a problem on pick up due to a lot of people wanting pick up from airport at once but didn’t have to wait too long to get transfer to car park. Would use again.

Good price for 7 days parking & only a short trip to the airport. On landing I phoned the mobile number given to me & we only had to wait 2-3 minutes before the minibus arrived. Only one fault - maybe my car could have been parked nearer to the car park entrance but other than that everything was fine. I would definitely use Oakwood Parking again.

We were happy with the way the car park was run. The office was efficient and we did not have to wait long for the return to the car park after landing.

Please can you clean the mlnl bus.

Easy, straight forward, efficient, no strings attached. Good value. Would have been nice if the driver had helped load the cases.

Used for first time, no problems. Very reasonable rates, close to the terminal and transfers both ways were pretty rapid.

Driving to the car park and taking the shuttle mini van was fine and is very close to Bristol airport. Coming back was abit manic as there were a number of people coming back to take the shuttle bus and had to wait for the shuttle mini bus. There were not answering their land line and the mobile number provided worked on occasions and needed to redial. The car was muddy and dusty upon returning. There is a pressure washer and noted someone using to wash of the mud. Otherwise the service was okay.

Very good. This time on collection my car was filthy with dust. I could only just see out of window to drive home. Had to take it through the car wash yesterday. Not had this problem before with Oakwood.
