Reviewed on 4th May 2016Everything went very smoothly. I arrived at 4am, having called ahead as requested. Oakwood is very easy to find, not very far from the airport entrance on the main road, on the Bristol side. I was taken directly to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. Pleasant lady driver. On the way back, a speedy pick-up, a few minutes after my call, and my car ready to be driven away. No complaints at all.

Reviewed on 3rd May 20161. Driver did not know company as Park & Go, when asked "Park & Go?", he replied "Oakwood Parking", however, your logo boldly displays "PARK & GO". 2. Car Seat adjusted and not returned to position, this could be a potential hazard to customers. 3. My car Clock/Radio display LCD went blank. When reported to the officr on site (not the driver), he was overtly too quick to declare "THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. IT COULD BE ANY OF YOUR LIGHTS". That was too quick in defence. Zero empathy, and unprofessional. This sent a wrong signal, if the damage was a more, serious one I can imagine where I stand (plus your tiny prints); in the COLD of course. Little things that matter!
