We missed our flight home from Iceland and had to stay another day, which meant our car was with Oakwood for an extra 24 hours. They didn't charge us a penny and were fine about holding the car for longer - you wouldn't get that anywhere else! Thank you Oakwood for not making our delay any more expensive, and our experience with you a very positive one!
