Reviewed on 7th January 2025Great service to and from the airport, very friendly and efficient staff. If my car wasnโt so dirty when I picked it up I would give 5 stars.

Reviewed on 6th January 2025Have used Oakwood before a few times. After collecting my car this time, my engine protection flap (?) underneath my car was dragging on the floor. The guys were fantastic and fixed for me to get home (before the amber weather kicked in) to South Wales. Minimal waiting to be dropped off/ collected. These are my preferred airport parking company for when I fly from Bristol !

Reviewed on 5th January 2025Not great, covered in mud by the time we got to the airport.

Reviewed on 5th January 2025This place used to be great. Not sure if itโs due to the new traffic management due to the works at the airport, but it seems you now have to wait quite a lot longer for each minibus and they are busy, with one or two people at the end of the queue having to wait for the bus to go and return again. A couple with a baby decided to walk in the cold and dark. It was faster than waiting for the minibus, as they were in the airport queue ahead of us. The driver seemed to delight in proceeding extra slowly as he sensed people were in anxious to get there fast. He also seemed to think it ok that one of the front seats was taken up by a friend/partner/colleague? To have someone to chat to on his journeys back and fourth. There is even a new sign on the buses warning customers not to be abusive to staff. This goes without saying and is almost an insult to the huge majority of well behaved customers. It is also very unlikely that an A4 sign like this is going to convince any small minority of unruly customers to improve their behaviour. If there is a shortage of staff I suggest the owners quickly rectify this to save the reputation of their company.
