Oakwood Parking Reviews

I've used this car park twice and both times have been very easy. It's very close to the airport and the pick ups/ drop offs very prompt - excellent!

First time we have used Oakwood and will definitely use again we arrived at 4 am to be met with a friendly lady driver and when we returned our driver was there waiting for us so quick and close to airport ideal highly recommend.

Did what i required at a ok price.

We parked at Oakwood because we had been pleased with them on the previous occasion, and so looked forward to a swift conclusion to our holiday. However, this was not to be! We arrived back at Oakwood and discovered that our car key had gone missing. It was not on the mini-bus, nor was it in the office, nor any of the places they searched. We were offered a cup of tea which we declined - and then waited while people hunted around, telling us that it wasn't really lost when we asked what was happening. It took over an hour to find the key which had apparently been placed in the "tomorrow" file instead of the "today", making it difficult for us as we had to collect a dog from kennels before they closed..... what would have been a leisurely drive home became a nightmare. We felt their "customer relations" left a lot to be desired! Sadly we will be using alternative parking in the future.
