Reviewed on 4th April 2016We arrived early at 3.30am instead of 5am and were happy to wait in the car but the lovely lady came out and was very kind and happy to take us to the airport. Both transfers were quick and easy and Oakwood drivers were lovely and professional. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend. A very good experience. Many thanks.

Reviewed on 3rd April 2016Oakwood were fantastic and faultless when i used them on last week of March. We arrived at 4:30am and the lovely lady was waiting for us on arrival, dropped us straight to airport (less than one min away) and when we called after out flight back another lady was there within 5 mins. Extremely friendly service and we will DEFINITELY be using Oakwood from now on. Thank you.

Reviewed on 31st March 2016Quick drop off and pick up from and to airport. The member of staff who dropped us at the airport made me and the three other customers rush considerably. She didn't even give me time to lock my car before we left and she took my keys! She was also very rude to another customer who called on the phone whilst we were on the bus. Shouting down the phone saying no you won't be 5 mins you will be there in 1 min at pick up point. Me and the other customers on the bus couldn't quite believe how she was talking to the customer. Very rude indeed. When picked up the driver was vey polite the complete opposite. And very friendly.
