This is a very good no fuss no frills good value service - best price I could find for 3 nights/3.5 days. Very close to the airport - only a litle further than Silver Zone. Bit of a lottery for the minibus driver pulling out right onto the A38. We were lucky but apparently the wait can be longer than the drive time to the dropoff car park. The minibus had seen better days but was fine for a 5 minute ride. The pickup was quick after the phone call. No complaints. Would use again if the price is right.

Was rushed on to the bus on arrival even though the transfer bus was empty. Car mats were muddy on both driver and passenger side foot wells when we returned back so wasn't very happy about that! Will not be using this service again!!

The car park was great, I parked the car, came three days later and collected it, it was fine.

Fantastic service at oakwood parking. Dropped us to the airport within minutes of us arriving and picked us up very fast from airport on our return. Will b using Oakwood parking every time we fly from Bristol.

First class treatment on arrival and collection, we didn't have to wait when we got back to the airport the minibus was already waiting. We shall definitely use Oakwood again.

Good service going out. On return people were phoning to say they were ready for pick up before going through customs. Their names were then first on the list for picking up even though they were still in luggage collection. We had to wait 45 mins for our turn as we followed the correct procedure and rang as soon as we cleared customs. We sat looking at the half full mini bus while the driver waited 10 minutes to follow her list. We feel it should be first at the bus stop gets priority as it is only 10 mins away. We could of been taken back and the driver would of still been back in time for those who had phoned before us. People arrived at the pick up 10 - 15 minutes after us and got priority. If the system was different then we would be very happy with the service.
